Articolul 1
Centrele de colectare a materialului seminal, prezentate în anexa nr. 1 la prezenta norma sanitară veterinara, sunt autorizate pentru exportul în România de material seminal provenit de la animale domestice din specia bovine.
Articolul 2
Importul de material seminal congelat provenit de la animale domestice din specia bovine este permis numai din acele tari terţe care apar pe lista cuprinsă în anexa nr. 2 la prezenta norma sanitară veterinara.
